Summer cooking
The summer kitchen for B&B breakfasts, meals, tapas and wine evenings, and impromptu aperitifs. It’s a great place to “remake the world” with you in a friendly atmosphere! or just between you if you privatize the mansion over several nights:
The rustic kitchen, with its stone walls and imposing framework, welcomes you for breakfasts or table d’hôte meals (to order).
Here, opposite the long country-style table, sits the barbecue chimney, which in the evening can be set alight to roast your made-to-order meals on the spit. You’ll share the pleasures of the table while trying your hand at linguistic exchanges with our guests of all nationalities, or against a background of background music.
Table d’hôtes
The table d’hôtes is reserved for Mas des Fontaines guests staying in a gîte or chambre d’hôtes. Gys usually prepares typical Mediterranean recipes for the evening meal. (By reservation only, depending on the number of guests and the availability of local produce).
For seminars and family celebrations (cousinhoods, christenings, small weddings, quiet birthdays): Depending on the number of guests, meals or buffets can be served, or a caterer can handle this service (yours is no problem).
Rates
Very good value for money for the meal chosen or requested for quality family cooking, with good wines from local winegrowers. Our wine “Les 400 coups” is no longer available, too bad!
