“La Romaine”, 100 metres from the medieval church and steps from the vineyards and olive groves in what was once a winery. Montagnac is located 5 kilometres from Pezenas and ten minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, with the Cevennes mountains in view.
This attractive apartment overlooks a shaded garden and a private patio with barbecue. It has a large living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, each with a washroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for up to 12 people with a full range of utensils. It includes dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, coffeemaker, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. All appliances are new.
Guests have access to the laundry room, in which they will find washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum and cleaning materials.
The living / dining room is tastefully furnished and decorated. The canapé folds down into a comfortable bed where you can watch a spot of television, after a day in Mediterranean sun or garden shade.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, one contains two matching single beds (90) which can be moved together and one contains queen size (140). Each contains night table, reading lamp, closet and chest of drawers. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well lit, with a view of the gardens.
Each bedroom has an attached washroom with shower, marble sink and spot lit mirror. There is a separate WC also available on each floor.
Guests may store vehicles and equipment, such as bicycles or windsurfers, in the garage.
